Soy milk is a high protein, the iron-rich milky liquid produced from pressing ground, cooked soybeans. Creamy white soy milk resembles cow’s milk but in fact, differs from its dairy counterpart in a number of ways. Not only is it higher in protein and iron content, but it is cholesterol-free low fat and low sodium. It is, however, lower in calcium and must be fortified with calcium when given to growing children.
Those who are allergic to cow’s milk or are unable to digest lactose, the natural sugar found in cow’s milk, find soy milk easy to digest since it is lactose-free.

How It’s Made
Soy milk is a plant-based drink produced by soaking and grinding soybeans, boiling the mixture, and filtering out remaining particulates. It is a stable emulsion of oil, water, and protein.

After a Controlled process what we get from Soya bean Seeds are:-
1.Soya Milk – The better and healthy alternative for growing children for the fulfillment of high protein, iron-rich milk.
2. OKARA (Residue) – Okara is a food by-product from tofu and soy milk production. It can be used for human consumption, Feed for livestock after mixing, Fertilizers for the field. Okara powder can have multiple uses.
3.TOFU – Also known as bean curd, is a food cultivated by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. A most common supplement for Cow milk paneer, mostly used in East and South East Countries. Tofu has a low-calorie count and relatively large amounts of protein. It is high in iron, and it can have a high calcium or magnesium content, depending on the coagulants used in manufacturing.
4.TOFU Whey (Waste Water)- Whey is used and made fit for human consumption post some treatment. It is also used in the field as irrigation support, due to high protein content.
Every single product can be used without affecting the environment after proper treatment process to make it fit for human consumption and also for industrial and agricultural use.
Lost of medical options are also explored for the waste out of Soya milk and TOFU production.
